the old way was to think about something besides what you are doing. the biggest suggestion was think about baseball and the last game you watched.
personally, i think if you were able to get the job done quickly, so to speak, would your second try at it be the same outcome, or would it be longer. only you know the answer to that.
otherwise, if things really get bad, think about your grade school teacher, as long as she wasn’t hot.
mine was a nasty nun called joseph Gabriel, i’m sure if i thought about her during sex i would not be able to do anything, except hide in the closet.
