i am 20 years old and i have never had an orgasm when i have sex. when i masturbate i get one everytime but when i have sex nothing. normally when i have sex, i feel like im having an orgasm but it turns out that i just want to urinate.

Well, if you have orgasms when you masturbate, you are certainly capable. No technical problems, obviously.
It’s all about communication. Be more involved and responsible for your orgasm during sex. You know what you need, right? Make sure your partner does, too.

you need some stimulation of your clitoris during sex. Just the guy ramming his penis into your won’t work. He need to try to enter you at a different angle or use a different position so there is stimulation of the clitoris. While he is thrusting into you move one hand down and rub your clitoris if he is not stimulating it.
